What this network is
TradesHarbor is a private, invitation-only resource platform for independent trade contractors. Its purpose is to share knowledge, tools, and industry standards that make every participating company better at what they do. Membership is extended by domain — your company's participation was approved by a network administrator, and your access is tied to your verified company email address.
What we log and why
To maintain the integrity of the network, TradesHarbor records basic activity data including login timestamps, pages visited, and resources accessed. This information is never shared with other members and is used solely to monitor for unusual activity, resolve disputes, and improve the platform. By using TradesHarbor you acknowledge and consent to this activity logging. We do not sell, share, or distribute any member data to third parties.
How you agree to use this network
Resources shared on TradesHarbor — including documents, templates, pricing data, tools, and any other content — are for internal use within your company only. You will not distribute, forward, publish, or share any TradesHarbor content with anyone outside your organization.
Pricing benchmarks and rate data shared on this platform are for internal reference only. You agree not to use this information to undercut, undermine, or interfere with the business of any other member company.
You will not recruit, solicit, or attempt to hire employees, technicians, or staff from any other member company, directly or indirectly, as a result of contact made through this platform.
You will contribute in good faith. Members who only consume resources without contributing weaken the network for everyone. There is no formal contribution quota, but the spirit of this network depends on reciprocity.
You will not access, attempt to access, or probe any part of the platform beyond your authorized permissions.
Problem alerts
The problem customer alert system exists to protect member companies from known bad-faith customers. Alerts must be factual and submitted in good faith. Submitting false, misleading, or retaliatory alerts is a violation of this agreement.
Violations
Violations of this agreement — including unauthorized sharing of content, soliciting member employees, or bad-faith use of the platform — may result in immediate removal of your company's domain access without notice. Serious violations may be reported to appropriate parties. Network administrators have final authority on enforcement decisions.
Changes to this agreement
This agreement may be updated as the network grows. Members will be notified of material changes and may be asked to re-acknowledge updated terms. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.
